Historically, new values and ideas have always been created by those who doubted what was considered
to be common sense in those times, and sometimes those who were said to lack in common sense. Our
corporate name “Lack Of Common sense” represents the desire to challenge without fear even though it
seems to lack common sense
In a situation where the future is becoming more unpredictable with the advent of a depopulating
society and the fight against unknown infectious diseases etc., it is necessary to use data and
artificial intelligence to make accurate business decisions in a flexible manner
Our strength lies in our capability to think, plan, and execute, based on the information gathering
and analysis skills cultivated as consultants and on our experience as entrepreneurs who started
businesses from scratch

Management Team
Yukihiro OSADA
Born in 1985 in Kanagawa Prefecture Japan.
After graduating from the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University, worked
for about 10 years in Marketing and Sales Planning and Human Resources at Nippon Life Insurance
Company before founding Studio LOC. Engaged in a DX promotion project for a major
telecommunications carrier as a consultant. Areas of expertise include new business planning,
digital strategy planning, DX promotion, marketing, human resources, and legal affairs. His
motto is to create new values from scratch as an entrepreneur, exceed customers' expectations,
and bring gratitude and excitement. His hobbies include visiting parks with his children and
walking around downtown gourmet spots.
Makoto ASHIKAWA
Born in 1987 in Tokyo Japan.
After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering at Yokohama National University, he worked at
Daiwa Securities Corporation, and then completed master’s degree in Management and
Implementation of Development Projects at the University of Manchester in the UK. Prior to
founding Studio LOC, he worked at Ernst & Young Advisory in Japan, and engaging in performance
improvement projects specializing in business transformation and finance transformation for a
wide range of customers in the manufacturing industry, media, trading companies, finance, etc.
for about 5 years. Also engaged in new business planning using AI for a Japanese robotics
venture and a development project of AI voice recognition for a foreign insurance company. Areas
of expertise include new business planning using AI, project management, IT strategy &
development, and Finance & Accounting. His motto is to provide services with bold
and realistic values to our customers by involving various stakeholders. His hobbies are
visiting public baths, playing Go, and programming.
Advisor
Masayoshi ASANO
Asano has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in owner-proposed projects such as architectural planning, rental management, and land utilization. Asano successfully launched a rental management business at a major architectural firm, overseeing 2,500 units with a 98% occupancy rate. Now, as the head of an independent real estate consultancy, Asano helps rental property owners achieve their business goals.
Ryuichiro HOSHI
With experience in contract review and sales for real estate brokerage at a major real estate company, Hoshi has extensive knowledge in the real estate investment field, including sourcing, development, sale, and value-up of investment properties at listed real estate investment companies and real estate investment advisory firms. Currently, Hoshi is the head of a landlord's association and provide consulting services to property owners.

We provide a cloud-based sales support service for property management companies called "Sambo-kun". "Sambo-kun" can instantly create an optimal occupancy management strategy report for each property by utilizing big data and AI.

In order to generate maximum profits, we handle all aspects of marketing, property research, acquisition, development, customer attraction, operation, and management in our company. We are utilizing the expertise acquired from such activities in the Real Estate Technology Services Business.
